If you watched last night’s finale of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” you finally got all the details you ever wanted about Reggie and Kimmie Cakes break-up… And you probably walked away with a new opinion of at least one of them.
Between a couple of heated phone calls and an afternoon of salty, mean text messages, we got to see how Reggie coped with Kim’s blossoming (now wanned and dead) relationship with Miles Austin. And as he probably realizes now: he acted like a little girl. Who trips about paying for your ex’s carwash after y’all were together for three years? How do you go from wanting that old thang back to “don’t ever call me again” in less than a week, with no direct contact?
And more importantly, what grown man says “duh” during a serious conversation?
For the last couple of days, Kimmie’s been catching a lot of flack for sharing that man’s breakdown with the world.
One Twitter user said Kim Kardashian was making Reggie Bush sound crazy for trying to get her back. Similar tweets are now raging on the Internet as the show airs tonight.
Kim found an ally in Roz Zurko of the Examiner who wrote in her pop culture column, saying: “We have heard her talk about her sister’s vagina when she went with her for a bikini hair removal process and we have seen her bare all in a sex tape and a few nude photo shoots.”
“Why would a personal heartfelt phone call from Reggie Bush be any different?”
From the looks of his tweets, Reggie wasn’t feeling that sh*t either.
He deleted another tweet that said: “I kinda feel like the government right now! Lol! Man if they only knew what I knew about you!”
On her latest blog, Kimmie says her critics are way off base.
I am so excited for you to see what is probably my most open and vulnerable episode when it comes to my personal life.
However, I saw some stuff on the internet saying I’ve put Reggie on blast for airing a phone call with the two of us. Reggie and I were in a relationship for over 3 years and we have taped dozens of conversations and iChatted many times while filming, so this is nothing new or scandalous. Reggie is my friend, and whether or not, we are in a relationship, he is someone I care about. With that said I live my life on a reality show and to let you guys into my life, I show as much as I can. This episode is my most emotional and most vulnerable and it takes a lot to put yourself out there the way I did.
I think once you watch the episode you will really see that I in no way put anyone on blast! We are sharing a small bit of my personal life. Clearly so much more has gone on between us that no one hour episode can cover.
This really made me see how tough it is for Kourtney and Scott to open up so much and share so much and I admire their strength!

When you’re famous, you always have people catering to your every need and often telling you what you want to hear to stay in your good graces. It must be refreshing to have someone on the same level. They are unimpressed, so they love you for the real you. It becomes unique for them to have people in their lives who want to be in their company only because they enjoy them. 3. Build a Bigger Empire
Can you say…Millions? The reported value of Jay-Z and Beyonce’s combined empires varies, but it is rumored to be at almost $1 Billion. This may seem shallow, but many celebrities only date other celebrities in order to cement their financial security or to add to it. That reason alone is enough to make any celebrity force themselves to love another celebrity. Even If it is just long enough to get a piece of their income after the divorce is final or the baby is born. Nothing says loving like millions in both your accounts.
4. Package Deal
Because the media becomes addicted to celeb couples, this inspires more opportunities for the couple to work together. They become a package deal on shows, events, concerts, songs, movies, etc.. This turns into more money for both parties involved. Take J. Lo and Ben Affleck, sure they were not a couple for very long but their romance got them a movie deal and J. Lo featured her then boo in one of her videos. As we know, the movie was not a success, but the point is that they were still offered the deal to work together. The public thinks it is adorable to see a real-life couple playing a couple in a movie or performing a song together. Plus, it gives us another opportunity to be nosey and dissect their private lives. That is always fun.
5. Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better
Having a celeb boo that has a successful career can encourage both partners to want to work harder. Neither wants to be the partner that is seen as the dead weight. Neither wants to be the one the media asks, “Why is that person even with such and such?” This kind of pressure and scrutiny can aide in both parties working vigorously to keep both their careers on track. No one wants to be the loser in the picture.
6. Helps Them Snag Other Celebrity Boos
Once a celebrity dates a celebrity, they usually never go back. If for some reason Will and Jada did not work out, they would not go on to date regular people. Can you see Jada dating a mechanic from Brooklyn after Will? Do you think that Will would go and find himself a nice waitress to wine and dine? No honey. Celebs dating one another is beneficial because you both have something to lose. So, the chances that one of you will come out with a tell-all book shortly after you two break up decreases. If I got dirt on you and you got dirt on me, then I guess we better both keep our mouths shut. Don’t you think?

Sometimes only a person who is in the same career field as you can understand the stresses that come along with your career. They can empathize because they live through it too.
