Today, Tip is headed back to an Arkansas prison to serve 11 months for violating his probation while his wife Tiny is due to be arraigned in L.A. for a misdemeanor drug possession charge. Although the police did find 4 ecstasy pills on Tip, he will not face any drug charges. This is a messed up situation for their family and I hope everything works out for them. Poor MaShonda just can’t catch a break…Aside from going through a very public and bitter divorce with ex-hubby Swizz Beatz, her Wikipedia page was recently hi-jacked to paint her as a struggling singer who is obsessive and jealous. Yesterday evening, her page stated the following: Mashonda has one child, and is the ex-wife of a highly successful music producer. This celebrity producer was finally able to divorce her after years of unhappiness in the relationship caused by her obsessive jealously & delusional tendencies. In the summer of 2010 she claimed to be dating, but this has yet to be confirmed as no man has stepped up to claim her as their mate or admit to being involved with her.
The article went on to say:Mashonda has repeatedly stated that she is currently in the studio working on her new record, however, no producers or record executives have come forward to validate or add any credibility to her claim. Originally titled Back to Business, it has now been changed to The Renovation Series. There was a buzz single released in 2009 titled “No panties,” which significantly failed to produce any semblance of a ‘buzz.” However, she continues to claim that the official single will be released later this year.
Mashonda stated on June 30, 2010 that her new album The Renovation Series will be released Summer 2011. However, due to a lack of interest from producers, music executives and the general listening audience, her miniscule pool of fans should expect to see this date pushed back multiple times at the very least, and will most likely fade into oblivion along with her previous attempts to establish herself as some sort of musical act.

Police in New Britain, Connecticut are investigating a shooting that took place outside of a party for Young Money artist Tyga. AllHipHop.com is reporting that two men were shot early Friday morning while attending “Tyga Live! The Official Young Money Concert After Party” at Club Venue. Two police officers were inside the club working security, but they were unable to get outside in time to make an arrest. Authorities are now looking for a dark gray Acura with chrome rims. Earlier in the evening, Drake and the rest of the Young Money crew performed at the Oakdale Theater in Wallingford.

In the clip we can hear Kim Kardashian’s ex, Reggie Bush, going off on her after reading reports of her dating a NFL player Miles Austin.

One rapper is on his way out, another one goes back in…Rapper T.I walked into court today with his lawyers at his side and appeared before U.S. District Judge Charles Pannell Jr. It turns out that 6 top lawyers and the good deed of saving a suicidal man’s life earlier this week wasn’t enough to influence the judge for a lesser sentence as he was sentenced back to jail. Before his sentencing he pleaded to the judge:
“As I discovered in talking to my probation officer, I had many problems from my childhood. Now I am down to the disease of addiction. I need help. For me, my mother my kids. I need the court to give me mercy. Judge, don’t send me back to prison.”

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Nene Leakes, recently opened up and discussed her plastic surgery with People Magazine. During the taping of RHOA she simply decided that a tune up was in order. April of this year, the 42-year-old had three procedures done that included a nose job, minimizing her DDs to a D Cup, a breast lift, and liposuction. On the feedback from her surgery she replied:
“People were saying ‘oh she looks so plastic!’. Or my nose looks Caucasian. I love what I did. I didn’t want to change my looks. I wanted to look like the black woman I am, only a better version.”
Nene’s new figure isn’t the result of liposuction only. Prior to the surgery she lost an additional 15 lbs dropping to a size 8-10. The 2.0 version of Nene says that she feels confident, and admits that she’s considering trying botox as well.
